You are warmly invited to attend 1st Frenchs Forest Scout Group’s Annual Report Presentation (ARP)
Date: Wednesday 13 May 2026
Time: From 7:00pm at our Hall
Each year, we are required to prepare an audited financial statement, along with various health and safety reporting, in line with the Charitable Fundraising Act.
This presentation is an opportunity for families and community members to understand how our Scout Group is managed, including our finances, fundraising, and key activities. The Group Committee supports the delivery of Scouting, oversees funding, property and equipment, and plays an important role in supporting Leaders across each section, meeting monthly to ensure the smooth running of the Group.
On the night, you will hear from our Group Leader, Chair, Treasurer, leaders and our youth, who will share highlights and activities from the past 12 months.
The ARP is also when we appoint or reappoint office bearers, and we will be calling for nominations for the Group Committee for the coming year. We welcome anyone interested in contributing to the continued success of our group, please contact me for further information.
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to share ideas and suggestions to help make our Scout Group even better.
Light refreshments will be provided.
